We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, bags/case unopen and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist JOM in processing your request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return is requested, the package should be sent back within 30 days. Otherwise we will not be able to accept it.
