OVERVIEW

Thank you for choosing  JOM! We aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, bags/case unopen and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist JOM in processing your request.


To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jomorganic.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return is requested, the package should be sent back within 30 days. Otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.

Shipping within the U.S

Shipping costs are determined by order weight and destination. Rates and delivery times are conveniently provided at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options nationwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure. If you believe your package is lost, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.

Address Changes

Any changes to the shipping address must be requested promptly. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
